Why Melissa?
I'm nominating Melissa because her most recent design inspired a large reaction among the small blogging community that she's a part of :) A lot of people re-designed shortly after she posted HER brand new look, and I think many of them were inspired to do so BECAUSE of the huge reaction she got :) Besides, her site looks freaking awesome, so why the heck not?
